Happy #EarthDay!

Happy Earth Day! It’s been 44 years since the first Earth Day was celebrated in New York City. The original event drew more than one million people.

Want to celebrate with your fellow environmentalists? NASA is asking people to post “selfies” of themselves and tagging them #GlobalSelfie. NASA will compile all the photos into a mosaic of Earth. Here’s a great example:
