On the heels of Tuesday’s post, I have decided to revisit a segment I came up with months ago, but quickly abandoned.
The segment was called, “I Wish I Wrote It” and the thought behind it was to highlight a create piece of content that I thought others would enjoy.
The article I chose for today is not only an article that is very impressive, but also it is also something that is very powerful. It is a heart-wrenching story that deals with loss and the struggle to overcome that loss. It is a sad story but there appears to be some good coming from a tragic event.
It is the story of New Orleans Pelicans forward Ryan Anderson and his struggle to move forward after his girlfriend Gia Allemand’s suicide. Anderson’s journey back to the court has not been easy, but his story is one that needs to be shared.
